This beautiful house is designed with an unique Caribbean style.

It has accommodation for 6 people and is located on a very quiet small hill in Las Terrenas near one of the most beautiful beaches in Las Terrenas (Playa Las Ballenas) surrounded by a beautiful exotic garden.

Playa Las Ballenas is one of the largest beaches of Las Terrenas. Fantastic for families! It starts right after the famous fisherman village, where you find many restaurants and ends with an enchanting river. All over you can find plenty of charming small bars or restaurants to chill out.

With very little waves, Las Ballenas is safe for kids to swim and play on the beach. It is also a perfect area to snorkel. There is a little sailing school where you can rent sailboats and kayaks to discover the surrounding beaches and create your own mini adventure.

The house is only a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from town.

 

The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with AC) with shower and toilet. 

One has a seperate entrance that can be reached from outside and can be used as a separate studio.

Fully equipped american kitchen with direct access to the terrace, bar and pool area, living- and dining room.

The highlight is a biological Pool with a waterfall coming in. Modern salt disinfection, no chlorine added, smooth on your skin, no skin or eye irritations, regenerating and refreshing.

 

Washing Machine available for your conveniences.
