The Casa Bellavista is a 2 level house.
On the ground floor you 'll find a big living room with an area equiped with TV LCD 55', HI-Fi stereo and satellite channels .
Dining room and open kitchen (equiped with microwave oven, mixer, juice squeezer, toaster, electric coffeemaker), a big terrace with ocean view (including an outside living, dining area and a BBQ) as well as a bedroom with a twin size bed and a guest WC.

On the first floor you have three bedrooms ) all with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed with  breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 3 beds twin size and 1 bunk bed with terrace sea view.

The Villa has an illimited Internet connection, a 110 / 220V electricity.

Because of its wood structure and its proximity to the ocean, you will appreciate its natural ventilation but 3 bedrooms have air conditioning (the bedrooms, the living room and the terrace are equiped with fans).

Included: One maid for housekeeping and cooking (from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm except on Sundays), for cleaning , preparing breakfast and lunch,and washing of linen only and a community guardian for the residence
