This new fantastic, luxury and modern villa (with 4 levels) for 16 people is situated on a splendid hill, just between the two most beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas (Playa Las Ballenas and Playa Bonita).
It is situated at only 200 meters from the beach and15 minutes from the town (by car) This villa offers one of the most beautiful views of our country ocean. Next to this magnificant view, the private life, the confidentiality and peace are the qualities that characterize this villa

 Details :
- On the lowest floor you have a garage available for 4 cars with an electric opening, a completely equipped laundry, a bedroom with King size bed (with ceiling fan) and a bathroom.

- On the second floor whe have 5 double bedrooms, 3 large ones with own sperate bathrooms and walking closeths and 2 rooms with a common bathroom. 4 of these bedrooms have ocean view. All bedrooms have King size beds and air conditioning.

- A brilliant curved stair takes us to the third floor where you find a big open living room with view on an overflowing swimming pool with incorporated bar. In the same space you find a fully equiped American kitchen and a bar, wonderfully decorated with animal skins, and a very large terrace opening on a splendid panoramic view on the ocean. You have a wireless internet in this space.

On this level we also have an office with internet, and an airconditioned livingroom with tv and pool table.

- Another magnificant turning stair takes you to the highest level where we have 2 very large master bedrooms (with King size bed), including TV, a bathroom, and dressing, all this with a superb panoramic view on the ocean. On this level you also find a complete massage room.
