Nice Caribbean style house for max 10 people, situated only 80 m from the beach Playa Las Ballenas and 1km from the centre of the village. This villa with a surface of 155m² is surrounded by an exotic garden with barbecue and private swimming pool.

In the main house you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 full size bed and 2 single beds), an open living room and kitchen fully equipped overlooking the private pool and the large terrace with a bar and a large dining table. Around the pool are 8 sun beds. Cable-TV, WiFi internet access (ADSL), 110/220V. In the guesthouse you will find one living room with 2 single beds and a bathroom plus an attic with 4 single beds.

Cleaning lady comes 3 times per week (from 9 AM to 1 PM for cleaning the house and the laundry of the house linen). Day and night guards.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and a fan.

There is a possibility to rent separately a quad or a motorcycle or a 4x4 car with driver.

Member of the sailing club at Playa Las Ballenas with free kayak or surfboards and discount on sailing boats
