Beautiful house with a private pool for 6 persons, directly on the Coson Bay, in a 30 houses complex, well organize and very quiet at only 10 minutes from town by car. It is one of the most quiet complex of the area.

The house has 3 bedrooms composed of 2 twin beds in each, each bedrooms with its own bathroom. All bedroom are equipped of air condionning. A big kitchen, totally equipped in the american style, opening on a covered terrace with a direct view on the pool and the garden. .Gaz BBQ, toaster, microwave, mixer, and more.

The beautiful tropical garden surrounding the place is at only 100 meters from the precious Coson beach with its white sand.

The living room with its well wood design furniture , ornate with beautiful cushions that make them confortable is disposing further of a table for 8 persons and another one for 4 persons and those can be put outside either of inside.
On the terrace you will find deckchair for the pool, and a direct access to the kitch bar. Thbe house is also equipped of a washing machine.

Services :

The price included a maid 3 times per week, pool attendant, gardener, and security 24 hours for the entire complex.
