The Casa Bellavista is a 2 levels house.

On the first floor you 'll find a big living room with an area equiped with TV LCD 46', DVD and HI-Fi stereo and satellite channels SKY.

Dining room and open kitchen (equiped with microwave oven, mixer, juice squeezer, toaster, electric coffeemaker), a big terrace with ocean view (including an outside living, dining area and a BBQ) as well as a laundry with a washing machine.

On the second floor you have three bedrooms with terrace (sea view) all with their own bathroom that allowed to received up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an unforgettable sea view, the second bedroom have a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twins beds and 2 bunk beds

. The Villa has an illimited Internet connection, a 110 / 220V electricity and is equiped with an inversor in case of power cut (frequently happening in the regions).

Because of its wood structure and its closeless with the ocean, you will appreciate is natural ventilation (the bedrooms, the living room and the terrace are equiped with fans).

Included: house maid x 3 per week and a community guardian for the residence.
