This superb luxurious villa can stay up to 10
peoples and is at only 80 m from the Playa Bonita beach. It is situated in a
villa complex really quiet and secured 24/24 h. This villa is original
throughout its beautiful tropical garden and all the small relaxing and nice
area. All around the big pool you will find the sun chairs to enjoy your
stay. The asset of this house is the intimate that it can procure, because
it is completely surrounded by fantastic vegetation.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms
with a King size bed (72 inches), 2 bedrooms with 2 Full size beds (54
inches) in each, and one of these room has a mezzanine with 2 singles beds
(39 inches). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The big living room is
opening on the pool, and you will find many niches and small living area.
The main entrance is unique with its small bridge passing over the pool that
is bordering the wall of the house. Big TV room with TV/satellite and WiFi.
Big American kitchen well equipped, with a second fridge, freezer, washing
machine and tumble dryer. 2 house maids for all the day, except for the 2
hours of rest in the afternoon. The house is equipped with a generator to
guaranty electricity 24h/24h and all bedrooms are equipped with air
conditioning. |

originelle Villa in einem tropischen Garten mit behaglichen Nischen und
Pergolas. Liegestühle stehen den Gästen rund um den grossen Pool zur
Verfügung. Grosser Pluspunkt ist diese völlige Privatsphäre die man in
diesem Haus hat. Das Grundstück ist von aussen her nicht einsichtbar.
Die Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer: 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem
Kingsize-Bett (1.80 x 2.0 m), 2 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Fullsize-Betten
(1.40 x 2.0 m) und eines der Schlafzimmer hat noch eine offene Mezzanine mit
zwei Twin-Betten ( 0.9 x 2.0 m). Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes
Bad. Sehr grosser Wohnraum, offen zum Pool, sowie mehrere kleine Nischen und
Sitzgelegenheiten. Eimalig ist auch der Eingang mit dem eingelassenen Steg
über dem Wasser. Grosser TV-Raum. Offene Küche komplett eingerichtet sowie
zusätzlich noch einen grossen Kühlschrank und Eisschrank, Waschmaschine und
Trockner. Zwei Dienstmädchen, die den ganzen Tag zu Ihrer Verfügung stehen
(ausser der zwei- stündigen Mittagspause). Das Haus verfügt über:
TV-Satellite, WIFI, Stromagregator bei Stromausfall, Klimaanlagen in allens
Schlafzimmern. |
Superbe villa de luxe sur la plage de PLAYA BONITA pour 10 pers., à seulement
à 80 m de la plage. Elle est située dans un complexe de villa très calme et
sécurisé. (gardé 24/24h). Cette villa est originale de par son beau jardin
tropical et les petits coins sympa et reposants. Autour de la grande piscine
se trouvent les chaises longues pour les clients. Un atout de cette
maison est l'intimité qu'elle procure, car elle est complètement entourée
par une
végétation magnifique.
La villa a 4 chambres à coucher: 2 chambres à coucher avec chacune
un lit King size (1.80 x 2.0 m), 2 chambres à coucher avec chacune 2 lits
Full size ( 1.40 x 2.0 m), et une des chambres a aussi une mezzanine avec deux lits
jumeaux (0.9 x 2.0 m). Chaque
chambre à sa propre salle de bain. Le grand salon est ouvert sur la
piscine, et vous trouverez plusieurs petites niches et salons. L'entrée
principale est unique avec son petit pont qui traverse la piscine longeant
la maison. Grande salle de TV (TV-Satellite et WiFi). Grande cuisine
américaine bien équipée (plus un deuxième grand réfrigérateur,congélateur,
machine à laver, sèche-linge) 2 femmes de ménage toute la journée à votre
disposition (sauf pour les deux heures de repos de l'après-midi) La maison
est équipée d'un générateur pour garantir l'électricité 24 h / 24h, et un
air climatisée
dans toutes les chambres à coucher. |
