Beautiful house with a private pool
for 4-6 persons at only 80 m from Playa Bonita, situated in a villa complex
really calm and secured. At only 15 minutes by car from the village of Las
Terrenas. The house has two bedrooms with two double bed, each with its own bath room. There is a large dinner room opening on the terrace and the pool, with
a view on the beach, living room with HI-FI/DVD. The kitchen is equipped (mixer,
micro wave, toaster oven, American fridge), laundry with a washing machine.
In the back of the house you will find a large typical kiosk with a barbecue and accessories.
The price

jedes mit eigenem Bad und Doppelbetten. Grosser Wohnraum (RAdio/DVD)
der zum Pool und Terrasse geöffnet werden kann. Offene, komplett
eingerichtete Küche (
Mixer, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Mircrowellenherd, Ofen). Waschmaschine. Hinter
dem Haus gibt es noch eine Bergola im typisch karibischen Style, Barbecue.

coucher , chacune avec une salle de bain et un lit double. Grande salle à
manger ouverte sur la terrasse et la piscine avec vue sur la mer, salon avec
chaîne Hi Fi, DVD. Cuisine équipée (Mélanger, Micro-ondes, Four Toaster, Frigo
Américain), buanderie avec lave-linge. Derrière la maison se trouve un grand
kiosque tipique avec un barbecue et accessoires.

para 4-6 personas, solamente a 80mts de Playa Bonita, en un complejo de
villas muy tranquilo y asegurado. A 15 minutos del pueblo de Las Terrenas.
La casa está formada por 2 habitaciones, cada una con un cuarto de baño y
una cama doble. Gran comedor, cocina abierta con acceso sobre la terraza y
la piscina con vista sobre el mar, la cocina esta totalmente equipada (licuadora,
Microondas, Horno Tostadora, Refrigerador Americano) salón con Radio, TV/DVD,
lavandería con lavadora. Detrás de la casa se encuentra un gran quiosco
típico con una barbacoa y accesorios.
El
precio incluye: mujer de limpieza 2 veces por semana, piscinísta, jardinero
y vigilancia de noche (sujeto a cambio sin preaviso)
